How does the Referral Programme work?
Refer a new service provider, care worker, or registered provider using the referral form on this page. If they join fill'd and complete their first service delivery, we'll send you a $20 gift card to the email address you provided.
Who can I refer?
You can refer:
- A new service provider
- A new care worker
- Your existing registered provider
Please ensure you have their permission before sharing their contact details.
Who can submit a referral?
Anyone can submit a referral. You don't need a fill'd account or to be an existing fill'd partner to participate.
What happens after I submit my referral?
Our team will review your submission and contact your referral to guide them through the next steps. If they're eligible and successfully join fill'd, we'll keep track of their progress toward their first completed service delivery.
When will I receive my reward?
We'll email your $20 gift card once your referral has joined fill'd and completed their first service delivery. If multiple people refer the same person or organisation, only the first eligible referral received will qualify for the reward.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No. You can submit as many eligible referrals as you'd like. Each successful referral is assessed independently.
How can I check the status of my referral?
To protect the privacy of the people and organisations referred to fill'd, we can't share their onboarding or service delivery status. If your referral becomes eligible for a reward, we'll automatically email your $20 gift card to the address you provided.
