About fill'd
What is fill'd?
fill'd is a care services network. As a registered Service and Associate Provider under the Aged Care Act 2024, fill'd connects registered providers, service providers, and aged care workers across Australia, and looks after compliance verification, workforce coordination, and quality assurance behind the scenes. One relationship with fill'd gives registered providers a verified workforce across every service category, and gives workers and service providers one place to find work, get matched, and get paid.
Where does fill'd operate?
fill'd currently operates across Queensland (the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Gympie), Victoria (Melbourne), and Tasmania, with active expansion across Australia. To find out if fill'd is available in your area, get in touch with our team.
How does fill'd help registered providers?
fill'd eliminates the complexity of managing multiple contractor relationships. Partner with fill'd once and get access to vetted service and associate providers and aged care workers across all service categories through one agreement, with centralised compliance management.
Getting started
What types of services can I access?
All six Support at Home service categories: Personal Care and Independence, Home and Independence Support, Health and Clinical Care, Social Connection and Wellbeing, Therapeutic Services, and Assistive Technology. Full workforce coverage under one agreement.
How do I get started?
Contact our team to schedule an onboarding session. We'll set up your organisation on fill'd and train your staff. Once you're set up, you can begin posting jobs immediately.
Do I need contracts with individual workers?
No. Your agreement is with fill'd as the registered Service and Associate Provider. fill'd handles all individual contractor relationships and compliance verification on your behalf.
Working with fill'd
How does job matching work?
Post a job and fill'd identifies qualified workers based on service type, qualifications, location, and availability. No job boards, no recruitment process, fill'd surfaces the right workers from a verified pool.
Can I request specific workers?
Yes. You can build preferred worker lists for clients who benefit from seeing the same familiar person, and fill'd makes it easy to keep that worker returning to that client.
What if I need to fill an urgent shift?
fill'd's matching works in real time. Post an urgent job and fill'd surfaces qualified, available workers straight away.
How does pricing work?
fill'd uses a transparent fee structure with no hidden fees. We take no commission from what you pay workers.
How do payments work?
fill'd provides consolidated invoicing across all jobs, so you pay through one channel rather than managing separate invoices across many workers.
Compliance and quality
How does fill'd ensure worker qualifications?
As a registered Service and Associate Provider, fill'd verifies every worker before they accept any work. Verification covers police checks, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Vulnerable People checks, qualifications, registrations, and insurance. Workers who don't meet fill'd's standards aren't matched to providers.
What happens if there's a quality issue?
Contact your dedicated account support team immediately. We investigate concerns, take appropriate action, and provide documentation for your records.
How does fill'd align with Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission categories?
fill'd provides workforce solutions across all ACQSC service categories, ensuring compliant care delivery across your full service scope.
Is fill'd compliant with Support at Home?
Yes. fill'd is fully aligned with the Support at Home program, which replaced Home Care Packages for new entrants in November 2025.
