You're employed directly by fill'd, or one of its associated entities. That's why there's no ABN to set up and no insurance to arrange. When you join, you sign a Standard Employment Agreement in line with National Standards, and you're paid above-award rates, with superannuation, portable long-service leave, and all other benefits and allowances in line with your award (eg. SCHADS, Nurses Award).
